Yes. There is no account, no trial, no page limit and no watermark on the result. The tools run on your device, so there is no per-file cost to pass on.

Do I have to upload my files?

No. Everything happens in the browser tab. You can disconnect from the network and the tools still work, which is the simplest way to prove it.
